July 21 is National Junk Food Day — a day that celebrates chips, candy, cookies, and all those snacks we know aren't good for us… but we love anyway. 🍩🍟🍕
Your challenge is to create a “Balanced Binge Plan” for a fictional student who wants to fully enjoy National Junk Food Day without going overboard. The plan should mix creativity with common sense and show you understand the balance between having fun and staying healthy.

Your Task:
1. Create a short profile for your fictional student: age, favorite junk foods, and one “health goal” they have.
2. Write a one-day “Junk Food Day” menu that lets them enjoy their favorites — but with smart portions, hydration, and some healthier choices mixed in.
3. Add 3 “balance hacks” to help them enjoy the day without feeling gross after (examples: drink water between snacks, take a walk after lunch, include a vegetable somewhere!).
4. End with a short caption they could post on social media about how they celebrated the day in a fun, balanced way.
