The Art of Constructive Feedback

What’s the best way to know how you’re doing and where you can improve? Ask for feedback! Being able to give and receive feedback with an open mind and a positive attitude is a huge skill that will take you far, both in your internship and life.

Your task:
Imagine you are an internship manager. One of your intern’s tasks is to create a weekly newsletter and you are noticing that while they complete this task quickly, there are a lot of typos and other errors. After watching the video above, plan out how you would give your intern feedback and create a brief script of what you might say.
