3-D printing is revolutionizing many fields, including medicine. One exciting application is the creation of 3-D-printed casts for broken bones. Unlike traditional plaster casts, 3-D printed casts are lightweight, waterproof, and can be customized to fit perfectly. They also have a unique design that allows better air circulation around the injury, improving hygiene and greater comfort.

Your Task:
1. Think about how 3-D printed casts are different from traditional casts. Consider their benefits like being lighter, more comfortable, and allowing you to still shower without worrying about getting your cast wet.
2. Reflect on how these innovative casts could be improved or customized further.
3. Write a short description of your idea for a next-generation 3-D printed cast. Explain how it would improve healing or provide a better experience for patients. Be creative and think outside the box!
