After nearly three years away, the band, BTS, is reuniting for a new album in late summer 2025 and a world tour in 2026. The announcement came during a July 1 livestream on Weverse. This will be their first full-group album since Proof in 2022, which sold over two million copies on its first day.

The hiatus allowed members to complete South Korea’s mandatory military service (18–21 months depending on their assignments). During the break, each member also explored solo projects, collaborations, and appearances.

Fans stayed connected through individual music releases and BTS’s global presence in pop culture. To build excitement, BTS released Permission to Dance on Stage – Live in July 2025, featuring 22 tracks from their 2021–22 tour, which reached nearly 4 million fans worldwide across live shows, cinemas, and livestreams.

Now, with all members reunited, fans eagerly await new music and the massive 2026 world tour.

Your Task:
Imagine YOU are the manager of a global band, sports team, or influencer brand. After a 2–3 year break, you want to make a huge comeback.

  • What’s the first product, event, or release you’d plan?

  • How would you reconnect with fans and build hype?

  • What platforms (concerts, livestreams, TikTok, merch, etc.) would you use?

Write 5-10 sentences with your comeback plan.
