Body Language: A Powerful Tool

GOAT Sneakers just trained a team of 3 NEW sales associates for their new store. They have recently been trained on why non-verbal skills - body language and facial expressions - are important in the world of work. You have been asked to serve as a Mystery Shopper to determine whether the new associates use the non-verbal skills they learned in the training.

Your Tasks:

1. Watch these videos about Body Language and Facial Expressions to learn why these non-verbal skills are important.

2. Determine 3 facial expressions you are looking for during the observation. Determine 3 body language gestures you are looking for during the observation.

3. Write a brief paragraph sharing the expressions and gestures you would look for and why they are important for the store associates at work. Write another paragraph about your non-verbal cues, identify what you do well and think you could improve, and suggest one way to improve these skills.
