DEIA One Day at a Time

If you’re participating in the Tech for All: Creating Fair Workplaces Challenge this month, you’re learning all about DEIA (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility) and its importance and impact. You may have learned about the different ways that workplaces strive to be inclusive and honor DEIA. Some even have an annual calendar of holidays, observations, etc. NAF has people post to a Microsoft Teams channel during a particular month that celebrities a group of people - links, recipes, photos, and stores are shared across the organizaiton.

Your Task
Check out some diversity calendars to get ideas. Choose one to three dates and suggest a way to honor those dates – this could be an event, an activity, a posting - your choice.
