You've been hired as an event coordinator the week before a large fundraising event for children's cancer research where dinner will be served. The food has already been ordered and paid for months ago and you have no remaining budget for food items--BUT you realize a few days before the event that the person who ordered the food didn't take into account any dietary restrictions such as vegetarian, kosher, or gluten free options, even though the event invitation mentioned those as options for attendees.
