Fashion Quest: Designing the Ultimate Video Game Outfit

In video games, characters often wear special clothes and accessories that help define their identity and skills. These outfits can tell a story about where the character comes from, what they do, and what challenges they face in the game world. This Skillbuilder gives you the chance to design your own video game character’s outfit based on a game type you choose.

Your Task:
Choose a game type: Select a game setting for your character. Here are a few options, but feel free to imagine your own!

Medieval Adventure: Knights, castles, and magical creatures!
Space Explorer: Sci-fi worlds with advanced technology and space battles!
Zombie Survival: A post-apocalyptic world where you need to survive at all costs!

Design your character’s outfit:
Think about what clothes your character would wear in this world and why. Consider these options:

Clothing: What kind of shirt, pants, shoes, and armor (if any) does your character wear?
Weapons & Tools: Does your character carry a book, shield, or something else?
Pets & Companions: Would they have an animal or robot companion with them?
Accessories: Consider items like bags, necklaces, bracelets, or magical objects.

Describe or draw your outfit:
If you can draw, sketch your character with the outfit you’ve designed. If you prefer to write, describe what your character’s clothing and accessories look like and why you chose them. Be sure to explain how the outfit fits into the world you’ve chosen and how it will help your character on their journey!
