Many guests of restaurants and hotels have dietary restrictions because of allergies, or for religious, cultural, or personal reasons. Pick one food restriction that you are interested in (such as vegan, gluten-free, halal, kosher, nut-free, etc) and write a song, poem, rap, jingle, or advertisement for why more restaurants and hotel chains should consider incorporating these items into their menus.
