Not all influencers are human anymore. AI-generated influencers like Lil Miquela, Aisha Neo or Noonoouri have millions of followers, land brand deals, and shape trends yet they don’t actually exist. Companies love them because they don’t get tired, don’t make mistakes, and can be “perfect” 24/7.
But here’s the big question: If AI can replace influencers, what does that mean for jobs, trust, and authenticity online?

Your Task
You’re the head of a creative marketing team. A major sneaker company hires you to decide between using:
A human influencer with a strong personality and loyal fan base.
An AI influencer designed to perfectly match the brand’s vibe.

Your job is to:
View the video to see an example from Google.
Pick one option (human or AI influencer) and discuss with a neighbor your preference for the type of influencer. Consider the biggest benefit to the brand, risks involved, etc. and what your social media ad would look like.
Explain what you discussed in 8-10 sentences. Remember each of you has to submit your idea to be eligible to win $100.
