Big fashion brands like Nike, Gucci, and Shein influence trends followed by millions of people online. Social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram can make certain outfits, shoes, or styles go viral overnight.

Technology is changing fashion. Some companies now use AI to predict trends, create digital clothing, or let customers virtually “try on” outfits online. Other companies use technology to design fashion.
