Post-Election Chat

Election Day can stir up strong feelings in young people and adults of all ages. After all, there's A LOT on the line in local, state and federal elections each year. Take a few minutes to speak with someone you know or even a (safe) stranger and ask them if they don't mind sharing the top issues most important to them in the election. See if you can identify one issue of importance that you have in common with that person.

Write a 2-3 sentence description of the issue you both care about, and describe what it was like to try to identify this area of agreement, even if you disagreed on other issues.
