Known for their creativity, sustainability, and blending of different styles from past decades, Gen Z is redefining what it means to be fashionable. From oversized fits to thrifting, sustainable fashion, and retro influences, there’s a lot to love (and maybe a few things to question!) about this generation’s approach to clothing.

Your Task:
Look at some popular Gen Z fashion trends (think oversized clothing, bold colors, vintage looks, or Y2K fashion). In your own style, take a moment to reflect on these trends.

1. Identify two current Gen Z fashion trends that you think are cool or interesting.

2. Choose two aspects of Gen Z fashion that you’re not a fan of, or that you would change to make the style more your own.

3. Think about your personal style—are you mixing any of these trends into your wardrobe? What’s your unique twist on fashion?

In a short paragraph, explain how you express yourself through your clothing choices. Do you follow the trends or do you prefer to mix things up and create something new? How can you use fashion to communicate who you are?
