Many retired or older adults face financial challenges after leaving the workforce. Health issues, limited mobility, or fewer job opportunities can make it harder to earn income. But many older adults still have valuable knowledge, skills, and life experience they could share or use in meaningful ways.

Technology is opening new possibilities for people to work from home. Simple digital tools can help someone sell handmade products, mentor younger people online, share expertise, or complete small tasks on their own schedule.

Your Task:
Design a simple technology idea that helps older adults earn money from home. Your idea could be an app, website, or digital tool.
Think about:
- What skills or experiences older adults might want to share
- How your technology would make it easy for them to participate
- How it could remove barriers like mobility, complicated technology, or scheduling
Your goal is to create a solution that values people’s experience and makes earning income more accessible.
