Effort: 10 minutesThe U.S. just buried a real time capsule that won’t open until July 4, 2276, 250 years from now, and engineers had to decide exactly what to include and how to keep it safe that long. Your Task: You’re on the Time Capsule Committee. Pick five items that represent life in 2026. Your 5 Items: mix technology, culture, everyday life, entertainment, or personal items. For each, explain what it is, why it represents 2026, and why someone in 2276 would find it interesting. Survival Challenge: pick one problem (water damage, rust, extreme heat or cold, being dug up early, or being findable at all) and explain your solution in 2 to 3 sentences.
