Lenovo has an awesome Employee Resource Group called ABLE (which stands for "A Better Lenovo for Everyone"). It helps make sure everyone at Lenovo—and in the community—feels included, especially people with disabilities. Recently, ABLE teamed up with the Triangle Special Hockey Association and the Carolina Hurricanes (who play at the Lenovo Center in Raleigh, NC) to host a special skating session. Kids and young adults with disabilities got to skate on the same ice as pros, have fun, learn new skills, and feel like real hockey stars! This event shows how sports and teamwork can bring people together and make the world kinder and more fun for everyone.

Imagine you're part of Lenovo's ABLE team! Think of a cool way to use hockey (or another sport you love) to help kids or teens in your community who might face challenges—like making a special game day, practice session, or fun event that includes everyone. Your idea should show how sports bring people together and make friends.

Your Submission Must Include:

Your Community Idea: Describe your event or activity in 3-4 sentences. What sport or activity is it? Who does it help? What makes it special and inclusive (e.g., easy-to-join games, adaptive equipment, or team cheers for everyone)?

Why It Matters Pitch: Write a short paragraph (3-5 sentences) explaining why your idea is awesome: How does it make kids feel included and happy? Why is teamwork in sports perfect for this? How would it make your community better and show "together we are ABLE"?
